Every member or user you create in ChapterPlan has a profile.  Within that profile you can update or modify their information such as email address, websites, phone numbers, twitter id, etc.  For active members on your account you can also see what they are working on and what they have completed. You can see any resources or files they have uploaded or updated, and any message threads they're part of.  In your own member profile you can modify your user preferences.
