In ChapterPlan you can create events as part of a department or committee.  Within an event you can add action items, meetings, files, messages, and more.  If you are creating an event that has other events within it, then you can create events within another event.  ChapterPlan is designed to give you maximum flexibility to organize and plan your events specifically for your chapter.

 

For example, within ChapterPlan you would create an event called Mom's Weekend.  For this event you might upload some relevant files, create a list of action items to be assigned to other chapter members, and setup meetings for every other week.  You may also need to create sub-events underneath the Mom's Weekend event, such as Fashion Show, dinner, and more. With ChapterPlan you can truly plan and organize your event how you want to.
