In ChapterPlan you have many options to make your account look and feel the way you want it to.  You can upload your chapter's logo and it will be displayed in the upper left hand corner of your ChapterPlan account for all your members to see.  You can also customize the background color or image that all of your members will see by default.  In addition, each member can personalize their profile by changing the background to pictures of their friends or family, and it won't affect your default background settings for other members.
