Creating events and meetings within ChapterPlan is easy.  You can create a meeting, associate it with a department or committee, choose attendees, send a notification, attach files, and send and track messages related to the meeting- all from one easy-to-use interface.   The same capabilities are available when creating an event in ChapterPlan.
